Okay, I know, it is Wednesday already, but I just have been busy and not had the time that I hoped to have for doing some posting. The menu this week is pretty straight-forward. We had friends in for the evening on Saturday, so I went shopping for what we needed on Saturday afternoon, but hadn't yet determined the menu yet. I developed a plan on the fly and grabbed a few things, filling in the gaps with what we had on hand.

Breakfast is cereal or oatmeal each morning. Lunch for the kids is either the school lunch or usually a couple of times a week they pack. Lunch for my husband and me is typically sandwiches, frozen meals or leftovers.

I never make a meal menu. I'm thinking I should. I love this coconut shrimp and scallops menu.

I am starting to make a menu for the week as one of my New Year's plan. So far, I am doing great. Though, I constantly research for some new stuff to add since my members are quite picky eaters.
