We had a somewhat busy weekend. The good news is that the busy didn't start until Saturday afternoon and was over by Sunday afternoon. I was able to fit in a stop at the grocery store after the busy ended. I got some good deals and stocked up on some favorites. I am so glad to have bananas in the house again. I went for a whole week without them. I spent more on the pork for the pork tenderloin sandwiches than I ever have, but I guess that is what I get for not confirming price before asking them to prep the pork - I think the pieces are all huge, so we will likely have leftovers. Maybe having two meals will make the price sting less.

Breakfast is cereal or oatmeal each morning, although sometimes at school my daughter will have pancakes or french toast. Now that it is summer, my son has lunch at latchkey on the days that he goes. Lunch for my husband and me is typically sandwiches, frozen meals or leftovers.
