It has been a crazy few days, and there is no end to the craziness in sight! We had a wonderful weekend, we had a garage sale, we had our last soccer games and awards, we played at the amusement park, had a baseball game and celebrated Father's Day with a dinner out.
I skipped the grocery this weekend. We had milk on hand and my husband grabbed a loaf of bread for us at Target. The week is busy and the meal plan is relying on stuff we have on hand and things that are easy to prepare with the crazy schedule.

Cookout
Breakfast is cereal or oatmeal each morning, although sometimes at school my daughter will have pancakes or french toast. Now that it is summer, my son has lunch at latchkey on the days that he goes. Lunch for my husband and me is typically sandwiches, frozen meals or leftovers.
