CVS Scenarios - week of 11/13

It's been a couple of weeks since I have had a chance to sit down and look through the CVS ad and take advantage of the deals. I had every intention of doing the greeting card deal last week, but ran out of time and never made it to the store. I have some thoughts on what I might pick up this week. I think I have some expiring ECBs, so it is important that I get there so that I don't lose them.

The total OOP for this scenario is $12.99, with $2 ECBs to roll and $24.59 in product at sale prices, about a 51% savings. Not the greatest savings, but I still like the deal. When I work out, I like to have a protein bar or shake after the work out. I use Slim Fast as a protein shake.

I am also considering the Noxzema deal (spend $10, get $5) - I have a couple of $.50/1 Noxzema coupons and like their facial care product. In addition, I am looking at the Gift Card deal (spend $30, get $10 gift card). There are a few things that I need that are included on the offer. If I can gather up some coupons, I will give it a try. I just wish I had a $/$$ coupon.
