It was a good weekend, filled with lots of soccer. Saturday morning, we headed out to the soccer field. As is normal for our Saturday mornings, both kids had a game. We spent the afternoon around the house tackling some things (not as much as I had hoped). Then, we headed to Akron to watch the 2010 National Champion Akron Zips Soccer game. It was a good time - I was glad for the kids to get a chance to see the foot skills and ball control the players had.
Sunday was picture day - which is a major challenge for my son. We enjoyed lunch out and headed home for some Sunday afternoon football and grocery shopping. I'm still planning to eat from the pantry and freezer, so mostly I picked up some produce, dairy and bread.

Breakfast is cereal or oatmeal each morning, although sometimes at school my daughter will have pancakes or french toast. For my son, lunch is either the menu item at school, a packed lunch with some type of sandwich. Lunch for my husband and I is typically sandwiches, frozen meals or leftovers.
