Menu Plan Monday

We had a great weekend. We spent Saturday shopping and exploring at Lodi Station Outlets. Then, Saturday evening, we went out with friends to the track for the evening. The food was very disappointing, but the company was wonderful. Sunday, we headed out of town for a quick family getaway to Punderson Manor State Park. Things weren't completely as expected, but it was still nice to get away for a little family fun. We capped it with a lunch out on Monday, to use our Living Social Deal that we had purchased for Spaghetti Warehouse. We have two cookouts planned for this weekend. So, our Friday and Saturday menus will be similar, we will just mix up the sides.

We went as a family to pick up our grocery needs for the week, as well as some deals for the future. I used that $.75 Breyer's Blast coupon from Facebook and Coupons.com (2 printed per site), combined with Giant Eagles buy 3 for $10 get the fourth free instantly deal, to score 4 tubs of Breyer's Ice Cream for only $4 total. When you consider that the "regular" price is $5.79 per container, getting for 4 for $4 is pretty good! (I kept wanted to say 1/2 gallons, but with two product downsizes bringing us to 1.5 quarts, I'm not really sure what to call it anymore.)

Sunday

Monday

Tuesday

Breakfast is cereal or oatmeal each morning, although sometimes at school the kids will have pancakes or french toast. Lunch is typically sandwiches, frozen meals or leftovers for everyone.
