I love long weekends. I enjoy having the time to spend with my family and with friends. Overall, it was a fun-filled and yet still productive weekend at my house. The challenge I face is that because I tend to take it easy on long weekends, I feel like I am behind the 8-ball the rest of the week.
I didn't really make a grocery store trip...although, I think between my husband and I we were at a store that sells groceries at least 4 times over the weekend. I had to stop on Friday to get ingredients for the dinner party we went to on Saturday night. It is Wednesday, and I feel reasonably confident on what we will have for dinner for at least the first half of the week (never mind that it is because we have already eaten most of that food!)
Sunday
Apple Cinnamon Rolls (carryover of the Iron Chef Dinner Party Theme on Saturday, which I will share with you soon; in addition, I will share this recipe)
Leftovers from Iron Chef Dinner Party
Pulled Pork/Hot Dogs at picnic
