I headed out to CVS Monday at lunch. I wanted to walk somewhere, but my regular walking partner was out of town and it was a bit warm to be motivated to walk too far on my own. So, I chose CVS as my destination. They were completely out of the Excedrin and were unable to offer a rain check, as it is not a normally carried item. I might check elsewhere for them, but won't lose any sleep if I don't get out to find them.

Paid with $11.99 in ECBs and $1.29, plus $1.90 in tax, OOP. Earned $2, $2, $3, $3, and $2.50 ECBs.
First, for those that know me, the diapers are not for me, they are for a shower gift. Second, if I had paid closer attention, I could have paid $1 less OOP if I had used my ECBs in a different order, but I had a $4 ECB at the end and couldn't use it.
I increased my ECBs by $.50 and spent $3.19 cash in the process. Considering all that I got, I feel pretty good about a net cost of $2.59, including the tax.
