Menu Plan Monday

It was a nice weekend. Not the weather, but the weekend. In fact, the weather was crazy. We had a good amount of rain and it was followed by some pretty powerful wind. My husband and I took advantage of an opportunity to get out and celebrate our anniversary on Saturday night. Sunday, I took some me time and read a book (more on that later). I ran some errands on Sunday as well, getting in a quick trip to CVS, Walgreens and the grocery store.

sandwiches/leftovers
Ham (early Easter dinner)

Lunches during the week are at school for my daughter and at school or packed for my son. I have a mix of packing and work meetings this week. My husband will be eating leftovers and frozen meals for lunch. Breakfast is generally cereal for everyone.
