When my son was younger, we started to buy him Hot Wheels cars and a case to keep them in. We searched for a race track to play those cars and finally found one that we liked - it has multiple lanes and through some levers, you can switch the lanes the cars drive in as they circle the track and are propelled through, frequently leading to crashes. Those crashes of course are half the fun.

My 5 year old son loves Hot Wheels. We have over a hundred diecasts, at least 10 trick track playsets, Wii games, a few regular playsets, a Hot Wheels bike, and a Hot Wheels playing table (sort of like a train table but made by Hot Wheels.) We are a Hot Wheels Super-Fan Family because everyone in our family loves Hot Wheels. I remember my younger brother (and me) playing with Hot Wheels in our youth. The Hot Wheels were passed on to my daughter who played with them and now we have passed those same cars down to my grandson who makes engine noises, carries the Hot Wheels everywhere, and plays with them for hours. He now possesses many 'antique' cars :-) When we go out shopping my husband almost always finds the need to buy a new Hot Wheels vehicle saying that our grandson doesn't have that particular one. Of course my husband wants to play with it too.

My family is a Hot Wheels Super-Fan Family for three generations. I got my daughter started when she was a little girl as she was so much into cars. I loved to go to the races on Saturday night and had loved cars for a long time. I got my grandson alot of Hot Wheels for Christmas, and he has to have some in the car when they go to school.

My ten year old son is the biggest Hot Wheels Fan. He has been collecting Hot Wheels since he was two. He gets at least one car a week and has no duplicates. That is A LOT OF CARS!!!! He can remember each one he has and knows who got him each one or where he got it. If one goes missing he goes nuts! He has them set up throughout the house just how he wants them and i am always stepping on those little cars. It drives me crazy!
