As a busy mom, I have had to make many changes to my routine. Some are for the better and some, well they are just different. My life seems more hectic and I have had to shuffle things around. I've started exercising in the morning, which took away my habit of eating breakfast at home every morning. I tend to grab things to go that I can eat at work. I've moved grocery shopping to the weekend, as I can't imagine having the energy after work and dinner to run to the store. I've started prepping food ahead of time and trying to cook once for several meals. I've started going to bed earlier. I somehow used to have time to work, workout, eat, and play all on the same day. Were there more hours in a day back then? I'm sure that in part I simply needed less sleep, but I also think that with fewer responsibilities there was more time for everything.
- With hectic schedules and many things to keep track of, consuming a sufficient amount of calcium may not always be our top priority. Luckily, Yoplait is committed to making it easier for women to add more calcium to their diet every day with the newly reformulated Yoplait Original style yogurt.

ReplyDeleteAs a somewhat lactose intolerant pregnant mom-to-be, getting enough calcium for myself and my growing baby has been a challenge. I find I am able to tolerate yogurt and cheese (and ice cream!) much better than milk alone. And I also sneak a bit extra in with my prenatal vitamins and calcium-fortified orange juice each day.
ReplyDeleteI love eating cheese so my main source of calcium comes from there
ReplyDeleteThank you for hosting this giveaway

I have a 6 month old that I nursed until 4 months and he couldn't handle if I had too much calcium. Poor little guy! :( Now that I'm done nursing, I'm back to eating lots of cheese and drinking milk and eating yogurt. Yoplait is my favorite! ;)
