I just can't believe that we are heading back to work and school today. As we transition back into routine, setting up my menu was an important step to keep us on track and nourished. I did my grocery shopping last week, because I had 11% Foodperks discount at Giant Eagle and part of it expired on 12/31. I think I will have to make a quick stop to the store to pick up some supplies for the Weight Watchers event on Wednesday (more info to come on how you too can participate).
