I am really looking forward to a short week this week. I didn't head to the grocery store over the weekend, so I will likely stop early this week to pick up a few fresh ingredients that are needed for some meals later in the week.
Saturday night we had some friends over for dinner. I had picked up a dipping oil set and some olive oil and it was delicious with a loaf of Ciabbata bread. I made a knock off version of Pasta Bravo! that was mighty tasty if I do say so myself. I will have to post that recipe for everyone else to try.
Turkey is a part of the menu a few times this week - the sausage on Monday, the Turkey Roast on Thursday and the Taco Meat on Saturday.

Weekdays breakfast is at daycare for my daughter, the rest of us eat cold cereal, frozen waffles, oatmeal, toast or whatever strikes our fancy. Lunch we pack, usually leftovers for me.
