This week is sort of mix of freezer meals and easy to prep meals. I have a number of evenings where I have obligations and my husband is in charge of dinner on those nights. I made two quick trips to the store on Sunday - the first, with the family to grab the ingredients for Sunday's dinner and the second, a regular trip with coupons in hand (of course, if I had had them with me, I would have only stopped once!) I got some good deals - I saved about 50% on my total bill.
Turkey is a part of the menu only a few times this week - in the Philly Cheese Steaks on Sunday and the chilis on Monday.

Weekdays breakfast is at daycare for my daughter, the rest of us eat cold cereal, frozen waffles, oatmeal, toast or whatever strikes our fancy. Lunch we pack, usually leftovers for me, although this week it will be homemade Turkey Soup.

I am doing a bunch of crockpot meals this week. I was shocked last weekend when hubby suggested that we do freezer meals again - he, the man who relentlessly made fun of them and laughed at the idea - misses them. :-)
