I'm a little late in posting this, but when I got home from work last night, I had no motivation to do any posting. I knew I needed to plan the remainder of the week, to keep life simple, so I took a peek in the refrigerator and freezer and came up with a plan. After my Giant Eagle trip last week, I was glad to plan a menu without a store visit required.
This week is back to school week for my son. So, now I am once again faced with the challenge of packing an occasional lunch. Because I didn't plan for this when I did shop last week, he is eating Peanut Butter and Jelly this week for the lunches he packs.
Turkey is on our menu a few times again this week - part of the Spaghetti and Meatballs, the taco meat and the Sloppy Joes.
Sunday
bagels and donuts
brunch out with the family
Leftover Hamburgers/Hot Dogs/Picnic Fixings
Monday
Leftover Lasagna (featuring my Spaghetti and Meatballs sauce)
Tuesday
Egg Plant Parmesan (from freezer)
Wednesday
Tacos
Thursday
Sloppy Joes and Tater Tots
Friday
Hamburgers on the Grill
Saturday
cereal
Pizza
Dinner out for Mom and Dad
Weekdays breakfast is at daycare for my daughter, the rest of us eat cold cereal, frozen waffles, oatmeal, toast or whatever strikes our fancy. Lunch we pack, usually leftovers for me.
Check out other menu plans for the week at Menu Plan Monday at I'm An Organizing Junkie.
