I made a quick run to the grocery on Saturday to pick up bread for dinner and the week's groceries. Last week when we watched the Next Food Network Star finale, my husband commented that the meal prepared by Melissa looked good, so I worked it into this week's menu. Otherwise, it is a fairly simple, no recipe required type of week. I need a good panini recipe to try out my new panini press I got from Pampered Chef though. Any thoughts - leave me a comment with a link.
At our house, the focus is on dinners. I tend to only list the main course and any standard side we have with it. We do still have vegetables and/or fruit with each of our dinners, I just don't always call them out.

I totally agree about the 4-step chicken, it looks really easy - how did it turn out?
We just made a mozzarella pepperoni panini recipe, as well as a pan-grilled veggie panini. Stop by and check them out!
