I made a quick run to the grocery on Saturday, since we were out of milk. While there, I picked up the groceries to get us through the week. It actually was an easy week to plan with two community events going on - one with free food and one with food for purchase.
At our house, the focus is on dinners. I tend to only list the main course and any standard side we have with it. We do still have vegetables and/or fruit with each of our dinners, I just don't always call them out.

Popcorn shrimp is a great idea. Do you buy them already breaded or do you use fresh shrimp and make them yourself?

Kat - I actually purchase them pre-breaded. I give them a quick pan fry and then put them in the oven. We had them with Caesar salads tonight - yum!
