Christi - They were mailed to me. I have signed up at Huggies.com and other places and they periodically mail out booklets with coupons. There were some $1.50 coupons in the paper a while back too.
I found $2/1 Pull-ups coupons at pull-ups.com and several Huggies diaper coupons at smartsource.com
