This morning, in clicking through a few links, I came across some recipes that I thought I would share with you. I am always looking for new recipes to try and the few that I read through sound very good.
These recipes are on the Olive Garden site and include recipes for Main Courses, Sauces, Desserts, Soups and more and include recipes inspired by the Culinary Institute of Tuscany, their cooking school in Italy.
According to their site, "Olive Garden's Culinary Institute of Tuscany is the perfect training ground for our premier chefs. Here they learn the key values and skills needed to remain true to the rich history of Italian cuisine." Makes me wonder, do all of their chefs go, or do you think it is just the ones that develop the recipes the standard dishes that are featured around the country on their menus?
You can search the recipes they have here.
