I'm a little behind schedule with posting my weekly menu plan, but we were busy playing outside and spending time with the family is my priority.
This week, most of the grocery shopping trip was focused around the picnic we had on Sunday. Lots of buns, chips, beans, salads and more. Monday, we had free donuts from Acme. We had gone to the minor league game on Saturday night and our section was represented by the winning cream stick (Chocolate if you were wondering), which qualified each of us to a coupon for a free cream stick (or any donut). Next weekend, my brother and family are visiting, so our dinner plans will depend on what we wind up doing.
At our house, the focus is on dinners. I tend to only list the main course and any standard side we have with it. We do still tend to have vegetables and/or fruit with each of our dinners, I just don't always call them out.

Weekdays breakfast is at daycare for my daughter, the rest of us eat cold cereal, frozen waffles, oatmeal, toast or whatever strikes our fancy. Lunch we pack, usually leftovers for me. My son either packs or buys lunch at school. If he packs, it is generally a lunch meat sandwich or a PB&J with some sides.
