We were visiting family this weekend, so it will be another non-shopping week. As such, we will be eating a lot from our freezer and pantry. This is a good exercise anyway, to help ensure that we are getting good rotation and not losing any of the good deals we have found to expiration or freezer burn.
At our house, the only meal we normally have together is dinner, so it is the focus for us.
Sunday
Cereal
Mother's Day Brunch - made mostly by my brother
Leftovers (Saucy Cheesy Noodles from the freezer)
Monday
Hot Dogs
Tuesday
Philly Cheese Steak Noodles (kit)
Wednesday
Bagel Bites and Pizza Rolls
Thursday
Leftovers (Sloppy Joes/Chili from the freezer)
Friday
Chicken Alfredo Pasta (kit)
Saturday
Cereal
Sandwiches
TBD
Weekdays breakfast is at daycare for my daughter, the rest of us eat cold cereal, frozen waffles, oatmeal, toast or whatever strikes our fancy. Lunch we pack, usually leftovers for me. My son either packs or buys lunch at school. If he packs, it is generally a lunch meat sandwich or a PB&J with some sides.
