KFC is clearly very excited about their new Grilled Chicken. There was the free piece deal a couple of weeks ago, the free piece coupon in Parade magazine a week ago and now a free 2pc meal. I know that with this offer, we likely will include KFC in the menu for next week. For the cost of beverages, we will be able to eat what I hope is a good meal. The nutritional data doesn't look too bad - the breast has the most calories per serving at 180 with 4g fat and the thigh has the most fat at 9g with 140 calories.
