I'm a little late in getting up the post.
It was another nothing week for me. I finally headed to the doctor on Monday. It took until today though for me to feel better. I did go for a short walk today at lunch, but nothing very strenuous.
I plan to get back into the routine of exercising and watching my diet next week - since I only do my P90X on weekday mornings, I can't really start until Monday. It is supposed to be beautiful though this weekend, so I hope to get outside and play with the kids - which is the best exercise.
