It was a bit of a non-week when it comes to weight loss and the weight loss effort in general. I have been sick all week!! It has been 10 days since I last worked out and I haven't really been monitoring what I am eating, trying to fill my body with vitamin C and fluids in an effort to beat this cold.
The good news is that despite not really monitoring and not working out, I was able to maintain. I would have preferred a loss, but am happy not to have had a gain.
