I headed out to CVS after work on Tuesday, because the store was closest to on my way and I needed buns for dinner.
While there, I decided to take advantage of the Tresemme deal and used the Gold Emblem Nut coupon that printed at the scanner. I was a little bummed to find that the Tresemme was not on sale for 3/$10. I didn't really review my ad this week and was going by what I had read on line. It changed my plan a little, instead of 6 items, I only got 4 and I paid $.76 more than I would have had they still been on sale.
Here's what I got:
2 - Tresemme Hairspray
2 - Tresemme Shampoo/Conditioner
2 - Snack Size Gold Emblem Almonds
1 - 8ct Hamburger Buns
-$5 $5/$15 Tresemme CRT
-$4 4x$1 Tresemme IP
-$2 $2/2 Gold Emblem Nuts CRT
Paid with a $10 and $2.89 ECB and $1.40 OOP. Earned $10 ECBs. The cashier had to force the ECB, it seems to be ringing up as a count instead of a dollar amount on the deal.
