CVS Deals - 12/21

Hard to believe, it's been about a week now, but last Sunday evening, I headed to CVS to try to take advantage of some of their two day free after ECBs deals. No surprise, but by evening, they were out of many of the deals. My scenarios pretty much fell to the wayside and I just picked up those items they still had and was able to get rainchecks for a few of the others.

Here is what I got:

- $2 Excedrin mfg coupon
- $3 $3/2 Sally Hansen Nail product
- $1 CVS coupon Excedrin

Paid with $17 ECBs and $2.05 on Gift Card. I earned $6.99, $11.98, $2.59 and $3.99 ECBs. I improved my ECB position by $8.55 and it only cost me $2.05 on my free gift card. Not too bad of a day.

I was happy to see that the CVS store I shopped at Sunday now has one of those scanners that everyone talks about. Unfortunately, I didn't have my card with me and you have to have your card to scan to get the coupons. Hopefully, there is something I will head to CVS for next week and I can see what type of coupons it generates for me.
