This week, I continue to use up some of our stockpile to make sure we are getting good rotation, so this week we are eating what we have on hand (when we aren't out). I did do a quick grocery trip to pick up a few necessities, but mostly to take advantage of coupons that were expiring.
At our house, we don't eat breakfast or lunch together during the week, so there is minimal planning that goes into those meals. For us, the focus is dinner.

Buffalo Bites and Bagel Bites

Potato Soup, Salad and Beer Bread

Women's club carry-in for me/grab what you can for the home bunch

Fajita Burritos (didn't have last week)
Saturday
Cereal
Sandwiches
Spaghetti and meat sauce
Weekdays breakfast is at daycare for my daughter, the rest of us eat cold cereal, frozen waffles, oatmeal, toast or whatever strikes our fancy. Lunch we pack, usually leftovers for me. My son either packs or buys lunch at school. If he packs, it is generally a lunch meat sandwich or a PB&J with some sides.
