Well, I made my first trip for the week to CVS on Sunday. I think I will likely go back and get some more batteries. It just too good of a deal to not repeat. I just need to see if I can get my hands on some coupons. My store didn't have any sort of tear pad at the battery display that many others had referenced finding.
Here is what I got:
Transaction #1
1 - Loreal Age Perfect
1 - Crest Pro Health Whitening
2 - 2ct Duracell C Batteries
1 - Kotex Lightdays
-$5 $5/$30 e-mail coupon
-$1 Crest Pro Health coupon
-$.75 Duracell coupon
-$.75 Lightdays coupon
-$1.49 $2 CRT for Lightdays adjusted down to $1.49
Paid with $22 ECBs and $.76 on a Gift Card (free from a prescription fill). Earned $15.99 and $3.49 ECBs.
Transaction #2
4 - Hershey's candy bars
1 - Right Guard Deodarant
1 - 16ct Duracell AA Batteries
1 - Crest Pro Health Whitening
-$.75 Duracell coupon
-$.75 Crest Pro Health coupon
-$.50 B4GO CRT for Hershey's
-$.50 BOGO Hershey's Special Dark coupon
Paid with $15.99 ECB adjusted down to $15.97. Earned $15, $3.49, and $2 ECBs.
I paid $.76 in free money and improved my ECB position by $1.98 (started with $22 in ECBs, ended with $23.98). Not too shabby for all of those batteries.
I likely will head back later this week. I might wait to see if they send another e-mail coupon before heading back.
